Welcome to The Peers’ Project!  A brand new peer-driven initiative set up to encourage and support researchers in finding their own answers to these questions and to inspire in them the confidence to succeed.

Built around a diverse and active community of passionate professionals, entrepreneurs and researchers, bridging academia and industry, the Peers’ Project mentoring program and events aim to lift the veil on careers beyond a PhD and help you make the daunting progression between starting your career and thriving in it.
